What we collect
Your name, email address and profile image, and a hashed password if you sign up with one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile. We also store what you add: sites, locations, containers, items, photos, and a log of changes made in shared sites.
Why we use it
To run your account and show you your inventory, and to let the people you invite see the sites you share with them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The service runs on Vercel, stores data in a Neon Postgres database, stores photos on Cloudinary, and sends invitation emails through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf.
Who can see your data
Anything in a site is visible to the members of that site, according to their role. Anyone you invite by email receives that invitation.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Account deletion is not available in the app yet, so these requests are handled manually.
